Beef Kadai Gosh

Beef Kadai Gosh is a delicious beef recipe that suits with chapati, roti or any such dishes. It is really yummy and mouth-watering. Give a try upon it.



INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION 
  • Beef: 1/2 kg
  • Onion: 3
  • Tomato: 2
  • Ginger-garlic-green chilly paste: 1tbs
  • Crushed chilly powder(Roast red chilies and crush into flakes) : 2 tbs
  • Coriander powder: 2tbs
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder: 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala powder: 1/2tsp
  • Capsicum: 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly: 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Curry leaves: little
  • Coriander leaves: little
  • Oil: for sauting
METHOD OF PREPARATION 
  • Heat a pressure cooker add little oil and saute onion till it become transparent.
  • Then add ginger-garlic-green chilly paste and saute until its raw smell goes off. Add curry leaves also.
  • Add tomatoes to this and cook till it mashes.
  • Next add beef pieces, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt , give a mix and cook for sometime.
  • Then add 2 tbs coriander powder, 2tbs chilly flakes mix well .
  • Close the lid of cooker.
  • When the first whistle comes, note the time and cook for another 20 minutes in low flame.
  • Turn off the flame, wait for pressure escape to open the cooker.
  • If it is too watery,open cook till it reduces little.
  • Heat a Kadai with little oil, saute remaining onion, capsicum for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add beef along with gravy( thick gravy) from cooker and mix well.
  • Add some coriander leaves ,cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Turn off the flame.
Delicious Beef Kadai Gosh is ready. Serve hot.
