Green Mango Slush

I had a look through a drink with our lovely seasonal fruit "green mango" which surely helps to forget the tiredness of this summer heat. I really enjoyed the taste . So I am sharing the recipe here with the hope that you will also loves.

  1. Raw mango: 2 medium
  2. Green chilly: 1
  3. Salt: a pinch
  4. Sugar: as required.
  5. Cold water: 3-4 cups
  • Cut the mangoes into small pieces. You can either use the skin or remove the skin.
  • Add them into a blender, along with green chilly, salt, and sugar.
  • Run the blender for 2-3 minutes with little water.
  • Add more water and blend. The juice should be of lime juice consistency, add cold water till it reach that consistency.
  • If mangoes are not too sour, we can also add little lemon juice.
  • Sieve the juice if required.
Green mango Slush is ready. Serve chilled and enjoy.
